{"id":4632,"date":"2024-06-15T17:03:36","date_gmt":"2024-06-15T20:03:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mvf.net.br\/web\/?p=4632"},"modified":"2024-07-03T17:44:24","modified_gmt":"2024-07-03T20:44:24","slug":"numero-de-compradores-de-imoveis-cresce-no-1o-tri-de-2024-diz-estudo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mvf.net.br\/web\/numero-de-compradores-de-imoveis-cresce-no-1o-tri-de-2024-diz-estudo\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00famero de compradores de im\u00f3veis cresce no 1\u00ba tri de 2024, diz estudo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Em movimento contr\u00e1rio, percep\u00e7\u00e3o dos compradores sobre pre\u00e7os altos ou muito altos das propriedades recua para 73%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O n\u00famero de compradores de im\u00f3veis \u2014 ou seja, que adquiriram o bem nos \u00faltimos 12 meses \u2014 cresceu no primeiro trimestre deste ano pela segunda vez consecutiva, a 11%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No ano passado, essa parcela representava 10% do grupo de 1.247 pessoas consultadas pelo estudo da FipeZap, segundo dados publicados nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (14).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Incorporadoras Imobili\u00e1rias (Abrainc) tamb\u00e9m indicou esse aumento, quando as vendas de im\u00f3veis residenciais no Brasil registraram um crescimento de 32,6% em 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em movimento contr\u00e1rio, a percep\u00e7\u00e3o dos compradores sobre pre\u00e7os altos ou muito altos das propriedades recuou para 73% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos 75% aferido em 2023, crescendo a parcela de quem enxergam os pre\u00e7os atuais como razo\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o levantamento, s\u00e3o os im\u00f3veis usados que mais chamam a aten\u00e7\u00e3o na hora da compra, sendo indicado por 65% deles. O uso do bem \u00e9 destinado por 61% do p\u00fablico para moradia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 entre os investidores, que usam a casa ou apartamento para outros fins, a op\u00e7\u00e3o \u201caluguel\u201d saiu em disparada, com 79%, com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de obter uma renda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para os pr\u00f3ximos tr\u00eas meses, a expectativa \u00e9 de 40% adquira um im\u00f3vel, um avan\u00e7o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao \u00faltimo trimestre do ano passado, quando era 38%, apontou a FipeZap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa parcela de poss\u00edveis propriet\u00e1rios se v\u00ea, em sua maioria (48%), indiferente quanto ao estado do bem, seja mais recente ou velho, prevalecendo tamb\u00e9m o desejo de transform\u00e1-lo em sua moradia, ainda mais se for compartilhada com algu\u00e9m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Em movimento contr\u00e1rio, percep\u00e7\u00e3o dos compradores sobre pre\u00e7os altos ou muito altos das propriedades recua para 73% O n\u00famero de compradores de im\u00f3veis \u2014 ou seja, que adquiriram o bem nos \u00faltimos 12 meses \u2014 cresceu no primeiro trimestre deste ano pela segunda vez consecutiva, a 11%.
