Em 12 meses, o \u00edndice acumulou uma alta de 7,43%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O IVAR foi criado para medir a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o mensal dos valores de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnnbrasil.com.br\/tudo-sobre\/aluguel\/\">alugu\u00e9is residenciais<\/a>&nbsp;do mercado de im\u00f3veis no Brasil, com informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas diretamente de contratos assinados entre locadores e locat\u00e1rios sob intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas administradoras de im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnnbrasil.com.br\/tudo-sobre\/fundacao-getulio-vargas-fgv\/\">FGV<\/a>\u00a0coletava informa\u00e7\u00f5es de an\u00fancios de im\u00f3veis residenciais para loca\u00e7\u00e3o, e n\u00e3o os valores efetivamente negociados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quanto aos resultados das quatro capitais que integram o \u00edndice da FGV, o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnnbrasil.com.br\/economia\/preco-do-imovel-em-sp-e-o-2o-mais-justo-entre-25-metropoles-mostra-ranking\/\">aluguel residencial em S\u00e3o Paulo<\/a>&nbsp;passou de um recuo de 0,34% em setembro para uma queda de 0,75% em outubro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Rio de Janeiro, o \u00edndice saiu de aumento de 1,08% para redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 1,65% no per\u00edodo; em Belo Horizonte, de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,02% para alta de 1,17%; e em Porto Alegre, de recuo de 6,83% para aumento de 8,67%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No acumulado em 12 meses, os alugu\u00e9is avan\u00e7aram 6,19% em S\u00e3o Paulo; 10,48% em Belo Horizonte; 7,91% no Rio de Janeiro; e 6,17% em Porto Alegre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Os alugu\u00e9is residenciais subiram 1,80% em outubro, depois de terem diminu\u00eddo 1,74% em setembro.
