No per\u00edodo, foram comercializadas 156.730 unidades. \u00c9 o que aponta um levantamento divulgado nesta quarta-feira, 29, pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Incorporadoras Imobili\u00e1rias (Abrainc) em parceria com a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Instituto de Pesquisas Econ\u00f4micas (Fipe). O estudo foi realizado com 18 parceiras associadas \u00e0 entidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao analisar os segmentos, os dados apontam que foram comercializadas 105.826 unidades habitacionais do programa\u00a0<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/exame.com\/brasil\/governo-entregara-mais-de-15-mil-unidades-do-mcmv-so-em-2023-diz-ministro\/\" target=\"_blank\">Minha Casa Minha Vida<\/a><\/strong>, uma queda de 6,4% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o ano passado. J\u00e1 no segmento de m\u00e9dio e alto padr\u00e3o foram comercializadas 105.826 unidades habitacionais, um crescimento de 67,8% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No ano passado, foram lan\u00e7adas 129.432 unidades, o que representa o segundo maior volume da s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica da entidade, iniciada em 2014, ficando atr\u00e1s apenas do resultado de 2021 (153.726 unidades).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do total de lan\u00e7amentos, 65,8% s\u00e3o do Minha Casa Minha Vida, totalizando 85.180 unidades.
