Recente estudo da Kantar Divis\u00e3o de Pesquisa de Mercado, Insights e Consultoria da WPP, por solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da Abac (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Administradoras de Cons\u00f3rcios), apontou uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento sobre o tema, comprovado pelo avan\u00e7o de usu\u00e1rios, que saltou de 36%, em 2021, para 46% em 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sender explica que o cons\u00f3rcio imobili\u00e1rio, na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o financiamento tradicional, tem vantagens e desvantagens. \u201cO n\u00edvel burocr\u00e1tico, por exemplo, \u00e9 muito inferior ao cr\u00e9dito habitacional. Por outro lado, h\u00e1 a incerteza de quando se receber\u00e1 o im\u00f3vel porque n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel precisar quando o consorciado ser\u00e1 contemplado. Este fator pode afastar as pessoas que necessitem do bem com mais urg\u00eancia.
